Amendment #708 to H5500

Journey into Education and Teaching (JET)

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-0000, by inserting after "accountability" the following: "; and provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Journey into Education and Teaching (JET) program"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,833,186" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,333,186".
