Amendment #71 to H5500

The Zoo in Forest Park

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7007-0952, by adding at the end the following “provided further, that not less than $150,000 be expended for The Zoo in Forest Park, to continue efforts in workforce and economic development, travel and tourism, wildlife conservation, and the daily care of 225+ animals, most of which have been deemed non-release” and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$5,750,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,900,000”.
