Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 1410-1616, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the purpose of carrying out the maintenance and care of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in the City of Worcester"
