Massachusetts Fair Housing

Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by inserting in the final line after the words "security requirements" the following:- "; and provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Fair Housing Center to protect Massachusetts’ residents from housing discrimination”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$21,785,301” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$21,985,301”.
