Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Brookline Teen Center for facility upgrades consistent with the YMCA of Greater Boston merger”
