Emerson Hospital Emergency Department

Mr. Cataldo of Concord moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0300 by inserting the following:

“provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Emerson Hospital in Concord for the expansion of its emergency department to create new capacity for emergency behavioral health service.”
