Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-0010, by inserting after the words “Commerce Inc.” the following: - “and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for LEADS, Inc. to support leadership development;" and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,383,815” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,583,815.”
