Veterans Inc Behavioral Health Program

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 1410-0012, by adding at the end thereof the following: ";provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Veterans Inc to expand its behavioral health programming and create low-barrier access to treatment for persons at the Worcester housing programs, and that these funds shall be in addition to funds available for its outreach center"
