Heart Pond in Chelmsford

Mr. Cataldo of Concord moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 2300-0100, by adding the following words:

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the town of Chelmsford for an aquatic management study at Heart Pond, including water quality analysis and invasive species mitigation”
