Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, by inserting after line item 4000-0009 the following line item:- "4000-0014 For the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, Inc. to train community health workers to serve as the patient link to medical and social services for the disenfranchised population throughout the Worcester and MetroWest regions… $250,000"
