Haverhill Pedestrian Safety

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Haverhill for the purchase of street lighting and pedestrian safety measures.”
