Bristol County Racing Licensees Refund

Mr. Gallagher of Bridgewater moves to amend the bill by inserting after item 1000-0601 the following item:

The comptroller shall refund to the racing meeting licensees in Bristol County the amount of $1,200,000.00 that said licensees paid into the capital improvements trust fund and the promotional trust fund created by said section 12A of chapter 494 of the acts of 1978 ........................$1,200,000.00
