Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8000-0600, in line 12, by inserting after the word "reimbursements" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to procure a multi-sensory, interactive, risk prevention program for grades five through twelve dealing with the issues of drunk driving, bullying and substance abuse”; and by striking the figure “$10,029,784” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$10,529,784”
