Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5920-2010, in line 2, by inserting after “services” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Berkshire Family and Individual Resources, Inc.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “372,259,320” and inserting in place thereof the figures “372,309,320”.
