Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-1502, by inserting after the words "need" the following;- “; and provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the purpose of OneHolyoke CDC to begin building and advance affordable housing development in Holyoke.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$750,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$850,000.”
