Amendment #816 to H5500

AI for Impact Program

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1790-0100, by inserting after the words, “may obligate funds for the project or purchase;” the following words:-

“provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to expand the AI For Impact Program to design, test, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that improve delivery of state services and build an AI-ready state workforce;” and by striking out the figure $3,647,090 and inserting in place thereof the figure “$4,147,090”.
