Rites of Passage and Empowerment in Pittsfield

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the words "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Rites of Passage and Empowerment in the City of Pittsfield to fund supportive programming for young women of color in Berkshire County."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$150,000".
