Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the words "; provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to Berkshire Black Economic Council for technical support to Black-owned businesses in the City of Pittsfield."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$175,000".
