Children’s Trust Eligibility Clarification

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-7000, in line 4, by striking out the following: “provided, that such services shall be made available statewide to parents under 24 years of age”; and inserting in place thereof the following: “provided further, that funds may be granted for performance-based workforce incentives and retention of home visiting personnel, and for direct family support services”.
