Franklin Food Pantry

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 2511-0107 in line 2 by inserting after “food” the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Franklin Food Pantry, Incorporated for the prevention of food insecurity."
