Franklin Downtown Partnership

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 7008-1116 in line 1 by inserting after “projects” the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Franklin Downtown Partnership, Inc. to promote economic development in the city known as the town of Franklin."
