Mass DEP Waste Reduction Needs Assessment

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,200,000 shall be expended for the completion of a comprehensive waste reduction needs assessment consistent with the recommendation of the Massachusetts Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Commission established by Section 108 of Chapter 239 of the Acts of 2024”.
