Violent Injury Equity

Mr. Kushmerek of Fitchburg move to amend the bill by adding the following section:- 

SECTION XX. Chapter 149 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended in line 4 of section 3 and section 4 after the words “reserve police officer” by inserting thereof the following words:-

“or a corrections officer or correctional program officer who is subject to chapter 152".
