Amendment #856 to H5500

Acton Library

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, after the word “projects” by adding the following:

"provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Town of Acton for the design, construction, and installation of building improvements at the West Acton Citizens' Library, including but not limited to building accessible shelving units for the storage of all library books, and other related expenses; and in said item by striking out the figures “$XXX,XXX,XXX" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$XXX,XXX,XXX+$25,000".”
