Amendment #861 to H5500

Harvard Police Department

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, after the word “programs” by adding the following:

"provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Town of Harvard for improvements, upgrades, and acquisitions for Havard’s police station and police equipment, including but not limited to drones, uniforms, uniform equipment, vehicles, and building infrastructure, and other related expenses; and in said item by striking out the figures “$XXX,XXX,XXX" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$XXX,XXX,XXX+$50,000".”
