Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313,  by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $750,000 shall be expended for Recidiviz, Inc. to continue to provide technology and data support to improve reentry outcomes in the Department of Corrections; and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure:- “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$850,000”.
