Courageous Sailing

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 7010-1192 in line 6, by inserting after “Laws” the following: “provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Courageous Sailing program in the Charlestown section of the City of Boston for youth sailing programming and maritime education.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and in place thereof the figures “$200,000”
