Neighborhood Birthing Center

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after "projects" the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the Neighborhood Birthing Center, for the purposes of providing midwifery care and programs to the Commonwealth"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$200,000”.
