Mr. Wells of Milton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, by adding at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Town of Milton’s Fire Department for purposes of a replacement pump for the department’s brush truck ;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$130,000
