Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, in line 8, by inserting after “Laws” the following: “provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended to Fenway Health Center for the purpose of supporting a Medical Education and Health Research Fellowship Program” and in said item by striking out the figures “$10,118,222” and in place thereof the figures “$10,518,222”
