Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, in line 8, by inserting after “Laws” the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for NEW Health - Charlestown for the purpose of operating and maintaining treatment of substance use disorder” and in said item by striking out the figures “$10,118,222” and in place thereof the figures “$10,268,222”
