Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 9, by inserting after "means" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the department of elder affairs in the city known as the town of Braintree"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$29,522,592" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$29,547,592".
