Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item, 1410-0012, in line 21, by inserting after “evaluation” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Abraham Lincoln Post #11 in the Charlestown section of the City of Boston for facility upgrades and maintenance.” And in said item by striking out the figures “$9,332,339” and in place thereof the figures “$9,432,339”
