Whitman capital planning

Mrs. Sullivan-Almeida of Abington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the town of Whitman for capital planning and related services to support municipal projects and long-term infrastructure improvements.”
