Harbor Health Services

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in line 2, by inserting after "services"  the following: "provided further, that no less than $250,000 shall be expended to Harbor Health Services, Inc. for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures $350,000".
