The Wall That Heals- Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: "; provided that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the Cape & Islands Veterans Outreach Center for the purpose of hosting The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial;”
