OpenCape Network Overlay

Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following: “; provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to OpenCape for a capital investment for District Municipal Network Resilience Overlay investments to strengthen municipal operations, public safety coordination, and critical communications continuity during storms, outages, and other infrastructure disruptions;”
