Amendment #97 to H5500

Senior Home Safety Initiative

Ms. Sousa of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, by adding at the end the following:

“provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the City of Framingham Fire Department to establish a Senior Home Safety Initiative to provide free home safety assessments for seniors, addressing fire, fall and medical emergency risks.”
