Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 4590-1506 the following item:

"4590-1507 provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to College Bound Dorchester, Inc. for the administration of Uncornered and other services for at-risk youth ............................................ $250,000”
