Amendment #989 to H5500

Special Education Reserve Funds

Mr. Moran of Lawrence amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“Section 13E of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 15 and 16, the words ‘board of selectmen or city council in a majority of the member communities of the district’ and inserting in place thereof the following words: ‘school committee’.”
