Change the Play

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding at the end the following:

“provided further that $25,000 shall be expended to Change the Play to support professional development and mentorship efforts for at-risk youth in the Merrimack Valley.”
