Amendment #10 to H5562

Jodrey State Fish Pier

Mr. Tarr of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8087, by inserting after "grants" the following:

"provided that $1,000,000 shall be expended for upgrades, repairs, or improvements to facilities on the Jodrey State Fish Pier in the city of Gloucester";

and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,100,000".
