Amendment #102 to H5562

Scusset Beach State Fishing Pier Rehabilitation

Mr. Xiarhos of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8087, by inserting the following:- "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the engineering, design, assessment and repair planning deemed necessary by the department of conservation and recreation to support the rehabilitation and eventual replacement of the Scusset Beach State Fishing Pier located within Scusset Beach State Reservation in the town of Sandwich."
