Concord Rotary and MCI Redevelopment

Mr. Cataldo of Concord moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8085, by inserting after “guidelines” the following: “; provided that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for an independent study to evaluate the cumulative economic impacts of changes associated with the Route 2 Concord Rotary improvements and the redevelopment of the former Massachusetts Correctional Institution property.
