Mr. Haggerty of Woburn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8087, by inserting after "grants" the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the City of Woburn for the design and construction of a pedestrian bridge at Anderson Regional Transportation Center."
