Extension of Certain Permits and Approvals

Ms. Giannino of Revere moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 280(b)(1) of Chapter 238 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure "2" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "4".
