Water Infrastructure Needs in Rowley

Ms. Kassner of Hamilton moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7002-8087, by inserting after "grants" the following: “provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended to the town of Rowley for water infrastructure within the town to support housing and economic growth” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “450,000”
