Brockton Downtown Revitalization

Representatives Mendes of Brockton, Plouffe of Brockton and DuBois of Brockton move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7002-8085, in the final line, by inserting at the end thereof the following: provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be expended to the city of Brockton for the support of downtown revitalization efforts.
