Amendment #10 to H5699

Disabled American Veteran Housing

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 289 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended in Section 2 by striking the words 'not more than 20 units of transitional housing' and replacing them with the words 'not more than 42 units of permanent housing.”
