Wireless Provider Protections

Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 35 by adding the following: "This section shall not apply to telecommunications services as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153 or wireless messaging services, including such a service provided through short messaging service, multimedia messaging service, or rich communication service protocols, or any successor protocols."
